Why in person still matters
Some of the most valuable security work happens in a room. A training session where the warehouse crew can ask the question they would never type into a webinar chat. A tabletop where the directors look at each other and realise nobody knows who can take a system offline. An assessment where we see the sticky note on the monitor, the propped-open server room door, the EFTPOS terminal on the guest wifi.
Remote delivery is genuinely good for a great deal of our work, and we use it wherever it serves the client. But businesses outside the capitals are routinely offered nothing else. If your workforce is on a shop floor, in a warehouse, on a site or behind a counter, a webinar is the format least likely to reach them.
Where we go
Vintaris is based in Brisbane and delivers across Australia. That includes the places most providers will not go: regional centres, industrial sites, multi-site operations spread across a state. We have delivered interstate and we structure regional visits sensibly, single engagements, or circuits where nearby businesses share a trip and the travel cost.
Site requirements do not put us off. Inductions, PPE, access protocols and site-specific constraints are handled as a normal part of the engagement.

How the economics work
We are straightforward about travel. Remote delivery carries no travel cost, and we recommend it wherever it genuinely serves the engagement. On-site delivery is quoted with travel included, transparently, and for regional areas we can often schedule visits so that nearby businesses share a circuit, which brings the cost down for everyone.
What we will not do is quietly steer you to a webinar because a site visit is inconvenient for us.
